We currently ship to Egypt, Saudi Arabia, UAE, and the USA.

Delivery times

Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days
Alexandria: 2–4 business days
Other governorates across Egypt: up to 5 business days
International (Saudi Arabia, UAE, USA): 7–14 business days, depending on customs and local couriers

Return & Exchange Policy

Can I refund or exchange?

We want you to love your Roots pieces — each one is designed with care and attention to detail. Because every Roots piece is made in limited quantities, we currently offer exchanges on local orders and returns only when an exchange isn’t possible.
This helps us maintain our quality standards and fair access to stock.

Roots accepts returns and exchanges only for local orders, provided that the product is returned in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with its original tag attached.
For hygiene reasons, items without tags or that show signs of wear cannot be retunred or exchanged.

Returns are processed only once the returned item has been received and inspected.

For international orders:
Returns and exchanges are not currently available due to logistical restrictions. We encourage our international customers to reach out before purchasing — our team will help confirm sizing, material, and details to ensure the best fit before your order ships.

When can I request an exchange?

Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.

How do I exchange my product?

Please get in touch with us via DM on Instagram @roots_egy to initiate your request. Our team will guide you through the process.

Condition of returned/exchanged items:

All items must be returned in the same condition they were received — clean, unused, and with the original packaging and tags. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

Shipping fees

Customers are responsible for paying the delivery fees for returns or exchanges.

Availability

Exchanges can only be made while the requested size or product is in stock. If the requested size or item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead once the returned item has been received and verified.
